FTF Apartment is not a hotel.
Our tenants differ from ordinary tourists, as most are foreign nationals staying in Taiwan long-term or on business assignments. Therefore, there is no distinction between peak and off-peak seasons.
As for the rent, it may increase depending on the rental market demand.
You can inquire with us any time as soon as you have a confirmed rental date in mind.
FTF Apartment is not a hotel.
To comply with local rental laws, the minimum rental period is one month, and a rental agreement is signed upon check-in.
We base our lease agreement on the Ministry of the Interior’s Sample Rental Housing Contract and update it as needed in accordance with the Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Standard Form Contract for Housing Rental.

After booking, a deposit equivalent to about one week’s rent is required.
Since FTF is not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping services such as room cleaning or changing sheets and towels.
However, if you need cleaning services, we can arrange for a cleaner to come.
Please see the “Rent Table” for costs, which vary based on whether you choose weekly or twice-weekly cleaning. The minimum requirement is a weekly cleaning.
Yes. Every room in FTF Apartment has an exterior-facing window.
All mattresses are standard double size: 152 x 188 cm.
If you have a particular preference, please let us know when making your reservation. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Since FTF Apartment mainly offers long-term leases—ranging from several months to over a year—we cannot freely reassign rooms at short notice. Vacancies are limited, and it may take a while for a room to become available. Therefore, it can be challenging to meet specific requests regarding floor level or orientation.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee any specific floor, orientation, or room number. If this is a concern, please consider carefully whether you wish to proceed with a reservation.
Deposit Payment Deadlines
- If your check-in date is less than one month away, please pay the deposit within 3 days.
- If your check-in date is less than three months away, please pay the deposit within 7 days.
- If your check-in date is more than three months away, please pay the deposit within 14 days.
- If the deposit is not paid within the stated time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: If the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the check-in date (excluding the check-in day itself), the entire deposit will be refunded.
- No Refund: If the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- However, the deposit may be retained and postponed once, but this does not guarantee a future booking. Any new reservation will depend on room availability at that time.
No toiletries, bath products, or consumables like toilet paper are provided.
There is a Carrefour, IKEA, Nitori, Cosmed, and several convenience stores nearby (including an OK Mart on the first floor), where you can easily purchase any items you may need.
FTF Apartment units are furnished apartments that include essential appliances such as a TV, washer-dryer, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, as well as basic cookware, tableware, and utensils. Upon move-in, a bed set, sheets, and covers will be provided, along with towels. You can move in with just a suitcase.
Note: The studio s apartments do not have an in-room washer-dryer, but you can use the free communal washer and dryer.
(Please note that the communal washer and dryer are primarily for staff use, but feel free—and we recommend—to use them after 4:00 PM at no charge.)
No pets are allowed.
We offer monthly parking spaces at NT$5,000 per month. The number of spaces is limited, so please check availability in advance if you require one.
No. Each floor in the building has designated areas for trash and recycling, so you do not need to wait for the garbage truck every day.
Check-in time is generally 12:00 PM, taking into account cleaning and preparation.
However, we can be flexible. If you need to check in earlier, feel free to discuss your preferred time with us.
